Everafter Aid is a bridal support brand providing professional bridal assistance, bridal makeup services, wedding coordination, and ushering services. Our role is to support wedding days with care, structure, and intentional service.

Engagement with Everafter Aid does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship beyond the scope of the agreed service.

Consultations do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after payment and written confirmation have been received.

4. Bookings and Payments

• payment terms, including deposits and balances, will be communicated prior to confirmation
• failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation

Everafter Aid reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where payment obligations are not met.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Wedding events are dynamic, and we acknowledge that changes may occur.

• requests for changes or rescheduling must be made promptly
• all changes are subject to availability
• additional charges may apply to changes or rescheduling
• cancellations are subject to the specific terms communicated at confirmation

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Scope of Services

Everafter Aid provides only the services agreed during booking:

• bridal assistance focuses on personal support for the bride
• wedding coordination focuses on timelines, flow, and vendor management
• makeup services are delivered as agreed per event type
• ushering services focus on guest coordination and event flow

Everafter Aid does not provide full wedding planning unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

• provide accurate event details and timelines
• communicate changes promptly
• treat Everafter Aid team members with respect
• ensure a safe and professional working environment

Everafter Aid reserves the right to withdraw services where safety, cooperation, or respect is compromised.

8. Team Conduct and Boundaries

• team members are not permitted to exchange personal contact details with clients or guests
• all communication must occur through official Everafter Aid channels
• concerns regarding conduct should be reported to Everafter Aid management

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and documentation are the intellectual property of Everafter Aid and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Everafter Aid shall not be liable for:

• events beyond our reasonable control
